Global Leader, Resource ManagementRole Purpose
The Global Leader, Resource Management is a key member of the Talent Supply Chain (TSC) leadership team, responsible for leading Resource Management for a Technology Vertical /Capability. The role drives workforce planning, demand‑supply optimization, Bench Management, staffing strategy, talent fulfillment, workforce analytics, and operational excellence to ensure the right talent is available at the right time while maximizing business performance, workforce agility, and talent outcomes.
As the leader of Demand, Supply, and Fulfillment, the incumbent will develop scalable workforce strategies, strengthen stakeholder partnerships, and drive data‑led decision‑making to support growth and operational effectiveness.
Key ResponsibilitiesWorkforce Strategy & Leadership
- Develop workforce model for the business to meet its growth and margin targets.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce capacity, talent availability, fulfillment risks, and staffing investments.
- Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and performance metrics to drive accountability and business outcomes.
- Build and lead a high‑performing Resource Management organization.
- Own enterprise bench management strategy, governance, and performance outcomes.
- Drive proactive deployment of available talent through internal mobility, redeployment, and workforce readiness initiatives.
- Monitor and improve key bench metrics including bench size, bench aging, deployment velocity, and utilization.
- Lead e‑2‑e Demand‑Supply Planning, Fulfillment, and Resource Management operations.
- Optimize workforce deployment, utilization, staffing, and fulfillment outcomes.
- Partner with Delivery, Sales, Talent Match, Recruiting, and HR teams to ensure timely and effective talent fulfillment.
- Build proactive workforce supply strategies through internal mobility, redeployment, workforce readiness, and capability planning.
- Anticipate demand shifts and mitigate workforce risks to support business growth.
- Ensure workforce data quality across demand forecasts, skills inventory, resource availability, utilization, and fulfillment metrics.
- Deliver actionable insights that improve forecasting accuracy, workforce productivity, and business performance.
- Establish workforce scorecards and governance mechanisms to support executive decision‑making.
