Regional Vice President

As the team’s Regional Vice President you will lead and oversee the operations and growth strategy for a specific geographic territory comprised of 4-8 IHS Brands. As a key leader in the organization responsible for $100M to $200M of annual revenue, you will lead your teams to achieve strong growth and profitability by leveraging IHS tools and resources to accelerate and advance strategic priorities while harnessing the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of each unique Brand.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you will work closely with functional and Brand leaders to drive organic growth in your market by developing and deploying sales and business strategies to optimize performance and increase revenue. You’ll also work hand in hand with our M&A team to assess and integrate new Brands into the IHS family.

• Develop and implement effective operational policies, procedures, and initiatives to improve overall performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in assigned Brands.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the health of each business, identify trends, and take proactive data-based steps to address any issues or capitalize on opportunities.
• Identify and define organic growth opportunities with Brand leaders and lead the teams through the development and execution of plans to capitalize on those opportunities
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource allocation, ensuring operational and customer excellence while maintaining financial targets.
• Work with the Brand Presidents to develop and manage annual brand budgets and goals.
• Foster and develop effective Brand Presidents and leadership teams, creating responsible succession and deep talent pools throughout the organization.
• In partnership with the M&A team, identify and assess potential M&A targets, ensuring that we are partnering with the right businesses to drive our mission and ones in which IHS can create and drive additional value.
• Create integration plans for newly acquired businesses to ensure their transition into IHS is thoughtful and intentional.

• 5+ years of related experience leading people and managing a P&L.
• Strong understanding of sales and operations in a consumer service business.
• Prior experience leading a business over multiple locations and residential remodeling or construction helpful.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to apply a people and customer service lens to everything you do, ensuring a strong focus on customer experience and positive interactions throughout the team
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of ensuring actions continue to align with overarching strategy and goals
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to foster win-win solutions for both the short term and long term
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization, customers, and external partners
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
