The Convert My Account team is central to Card Core Modernizing Journey.
This product leadership role will play a central role in modernizing Capital One’s Card Core and will include innovative problem solving, mapping, and conversion execution. This role requires a leader who can bring both technical product management skills combined with analytical rigor and judgment to drive horizontal conversion strategy for major components of this body of work and also create a clear vision for the longer-term Capital One Card core framework and associated capabilities.
Success in the role will require building close strategic and operating relationships with a broad set of partners and stakeholders, including leaders within the Tech and Product organizations as well as across the Enterprise organizations. The expectation is the leader will build and maintain a highly engaged, high-performing team through a combination of talent development and recruiting. They will lead a direct team of two Product Managers and three matrixed Product Managers in support of critical deliverables.

- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management
McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management
New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
