Becuase CED strives to pay a competitive wage in the industry and regional market. The pay range for this position is $25‑$32. Benefits include eligibility to participate in one of three different BCBS of IL medical plans, Dental (Sun Life), Vision (Eye Med), Life and Disability Insurance, 401(k) with a generous 6% match on a 6% contribution, 11 Paid Holidays, 5 paid Sick Days (based on a full year of employment).

Essential Job Functions- Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions to set up and operate CNC machinery.
- Maintain precision by working within a tolerance of ± 0.00010” across various materials.
- Proficiently set up and operate 5‑Axis Milling centers and/or Multi‑Spindle/Multi‑Turret lathes. Showcase competency in bench work and deburring tasks.
- 5+ years of experience with Okuma & Doosan Dual‑Spindle Lathes.
- 5+ years of experience with Okuma & Doosan 5‑Axis CNC Milling Centers.
- Can work 2nd shift hours 4:00 pm‑12:30 am with OT until 3:30 am. There is a $3.00/hr shift differential.
