Full-Time Warehouse Operator 2nd Shift

DeKalb, IL. 2nd Shift Monday‑Friday 2:30 pm‑10:30 pm.

3M is seeking a Full‑Time Warehouse Operator to work in our 3M Distribution Center. The role involves hand assembly, operating machinery, general warehouse work, and packaging. The person will handle picking, packing, inspecting products, and processing orders for shipment.

• Work at various machines or stations assembling product or operating machinery, picking and/or packaging finished goods, and/or inspecting products.
• Use computers as needed to run process operations, input data, update inventory, etc.
• Follow operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products which are delivered to customer on time.
• Fill and process orders for shipment.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Check for damaged or missing items.

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• Work on weekends, overtime, extended hours, and holidays as needed.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a warehouse operations role in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

• Competitive Salary – 2nd Shift Base Pay is $21.17 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift premium.
