Job Description As a Value Stream Lead Manager, you will oversee end-to-end operations for a defined product value stream within Motorola Solutions’ electronic manufacturing environment.

Your role ensures safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are consistently met while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.###
**** Key Responsibilities
***** Operational Leadership  + Direct and coordinate manufacturing operations and schedules aligned with customer demand and value stream capacity.  + Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.  + Monitor production performance and implement immediate countermeasures for deviations.
* Team Management  + Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality).  + Manage workforce allocation across shifts to maximize utilization of personnel and equipment.  + Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Continuous Improvement  + Drive lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and root cause corrective actions to achieve a zero-defect culture.  + Participate in technology roadmaps and support implementation of new equipment and processes.  + Optimize throughput, reduce waste, and improve efficiency across the value stream.
* Customer & Stakeholder Engagement  + Translate customer requirements into operational strategies and processes.  + Collaborate with engineering, program management, and supply chain to meet delivery commitments.  + Provide clear reporting on performance metrics, risks, and improvement plans**.

Skills:

*** Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Target Base Salary Range: $98,100  - $175,000

The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.## Basic Requirements* ## Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).* ## 6+ years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing.
