3:00am‑2:30pm Monday and 5am‑3pm Tuesday‑Saturday. Overtime will be required as needed.

• Evaluate and develop technician/mechanic skills; train Maintenance Group on Redzone.
• Develop and comply with Preventive Maintenance Program; create and implement Redzone PMs.
• Track and complete Red Zone Activities.
• Plan and schedule maintenance efforts in accordance with production demands.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot unscheduled interruptions in production.
• Drive process improvements.
• Identify and order repair parts; work closely with MRO to stock parts needed.
• Create Master Rebuild list and schedule rebuilds per production line.
• Ensure budget compliance.
• Assist with projects, outside vendors, and contractors.

• 5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic/technician required.
• 2 years of experience with Redzone Maintenance Module.
• 3+ years of experience with EAM/QAD system.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Previous experience as a lead or supervisor required.
• Experience with in the food industry required.
• Demonstrate intermediate mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Knowledge and experience in electrical, mechanical, machine elements, pipe fitting, instrumentation, hydraulics/pneumatics, PLCs and shop safety.
• Experience performing routine preventative maintenance, installing and validating new equipment, machine tear‑down and rebuilds.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to train and motivate employees.

• Discern differences between red/green/amber.
• Communicate clearly and effectively.
• Stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours; ascend/descend staircases.
• Perform overhead repair; hands above eye level at 2‑minute intervals.
• Lift up to 80 pounds.
• Climb ladders; carry a 40‑pound ladder to 30 feet.
• Maintain a stoop position reaching below waist for repeated 2‑minute intervals.
• Push a sled generating 60 pounds of force up to 25 feet.
• Crawl 20 feet to perform work order while kneeling under a table.

The minimum compensation for the Maintenance Assistant Supervisor is $42.10 per hour. Full‑time corporate employees are eligible for an extensive benefits program.
