Trim meat to customer specifications with a high yielding level of skill;
Support the production team with proper level of trimmed product ready for further processing;
Label/identify sub primal cuts after trimming to ensure product is ready for next step in processing;
Identify the product by proper name at sight as well as the ability to trim all loins;
Work in refrigerated processing and warehouse areas; heavy lifting may be required
