Multi-Site Manufacturing Environmental, Health & Safety Manager

Heavy Industrial Manufacturing | Fully On-Site – Suburban Chicago

Lead Environmental & Safety Excellence Across Diverse Industrial Operations

Are you an experienced manufacturing Environmental, Health & Safety leader who thrives in complex industrial environments and enjoys influencing operations at multiple facilities?

My client, a publicly held industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Multi-Site Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to oversee four diverse operations including heavy fabrication, heat treating, heavy machining, and light manufacturing/assembly. This is a high-visibility role operating within an operationally driven culture where safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance are critical to performance.

This opportunity offers strategic influence without direct reports—partnering closely with plant leadership teams to drive ISO 14001 standards, EPA compliance, OSHA performance, and environmental permitting across air, water, and waste streams.

If you are a proactive manufacturing EHS leader who can operate autonomously while elevating multi-site EHS consistency, this role offers both impact and long-term growth.

Why You Should Apply
  • Competitive base salary: $100,000–$120,000 based on experience
  • Target annual bonus opportunity
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with 4% company match on 5% contribution
  • Life and disability insurance
  • 10 annual paid company holidays
  • Tuition reimbursement program
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • High-visibility role with operational leadership exposure
  • Growth opportunity within a publicly held, expanding industrial organization
