Job Overview

Frame Chicago is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Picture Framer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands‑on skills in frame construction and a passion for craftsmanship. You’ll be responsible for cutting, joining, and assembling custom frames to meet high‑quality standards for our clients.

• Measure, cut, and assemble custom picture frames with precision
• Operate framing equipment including saws, joiners, and mounting tools
• Work with a variety of materials including wood, glass, and mat board
• Ensure all finished products meet quality and design specifications
• Collaborate with team members on custom projects and client needs
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Proven experience as a picture framer or in a similar woodworking role
• Strong woodworking and joinery skills (highly preferred)
• Ability to read measurements and work with precision tools
• Attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Experience in a custom framing shop is a plus
