Role

You are the first line of defense against downtime. Working in a heavy industrial setting, you’ll ensure that pumps, boilers, and massive conveyor systems stay operational.

Your Daily Mission
  • Heavy-Duty Repair:
    Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Precision Work:
    Use micrometers, calipers, and laser alignment tools to ensure machinery is dialed in.
  • Massive Equipment:
    Maintain and repair overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and large stationary machinery.
  • Root Cause Analysis:
    Find out why it broke and fix it for good.
What You Bring to the Shop
  • Industrial Grit:
    High School Diploma/GED and a background in heavy industry or manufacturing (Required).
  • Technical Skill:
    Experience repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • The Right Tools:
    Ability to read a tape measure and use precision instruments; machining skills are a huge plus.
  • Physical Strength:
    Ability to climb, kneel, reach, and lift at least 50 lbs in a rugged environment.
  • Shift Readiness:
    Must be available for either 2nd or 3rd shift (8-hour shifts, no rotation).
Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Repair overhead cranes, large stationary machinery, and mobile equipment.
  • Use precision instrumentation including micrometers, calipers, and laser alignment tools.
  • Find root cause of breakdown and repair using problem solving skills.
  • Dedicate to working safely.
  • Work up to 5 hours of overtime per week.

Salary: $62,399.99 - $76,960 per year;

Shift: Second;

Work Hours:

2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
