Second shift position: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM EST.

The Production Supervisor oversees manufacturing operations to achieve cost, quality, and delivery goals while driving Lean initiatives, ensuring safety compliance, and managing schedules, resources, and team development. This role requires strong leadership, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement skills across multiple business units.

• Address and resolve employee, process, and quality issues in a timely manner.
• Serve as point person for driving Lean initiatives such as 5S and 7 kinds of waste.
• Manage production build schedules for multiple days (production, build out, preproduction) without assistance.
• Manage scrap, hourly production rate to standard, efficiency, downtime, overtime and scrap.
• Coordinate production activities with support functions such as maintenance, materials, manufacturing engineering, quality, safety etc.
• Comply with and support health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures.
• Ensure that team safety goals are met.
• Train and develop direct reports.

• Associate’s degree in business administration, operations management or related field with 8 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
• Capable of being certified on lean manufacturing principles, HAZCOM and SPC.
