Prysmian Group is seeking a Lean Leader for our Du Quoin, IL location. This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen methodologies. The candidate will collaborate with leadership teams and manage Kaizen workshops to improve key metrics like safety and quality.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
