(e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens,Beckhoff) that control the physical movement of products through a test cell. - Sensors & Actuators:
Troubleshooting the "eyes and hands" of thesystem-photoelectric sensors, limit switches, and pneumatic cylinders. - Robotics:
Basic maintenance of 6-axis or SCARA arms (e.g., FANUC, ABB) used toload/unload devices into test fixtures.
- Experience with IP-based networking as it relates to radio consoles and site links
- Experience with Robotics and Motion Control
- Expert-level use of Communication Equipment including Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Network Analyzers (VNA) to measure gain, loss, and impedance.
- This role supports equipment used by Police, Fire, and EMS; a high degree of accountability and attention to detail is non-negotiable.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Clean climate controlled work environment
- Minimize "No Fault Found" (NFF):
Reducing the frequency of good units being rejected due to faulty test equipment. - Fast MTTR:
Maintaining a low Mean Time To Repair for critical test stations. - Continuous Improvement:
Identifying "wear and tear" trends and suggesting hardware modifications to improve fixture longevity.
