Job Position: Welder
Location: St Charles, IL 60174
Pay Rate: $28.00/hr
Shift: 1st shift
OverviewTIG Welder (1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm). We are hiring skilled TIG Welders for both 1st and 2nd shifts to support a growing production line. Candidates must be experienced in welding thin-gauge stainless steel and producing food-grade quality finishes. A welding test will be required to assess skill level and determine starting pay.
Responsibilities- Produce high quality TIG welds on thin-gauge stainless steel components.
- Achieve food-grade quality finishes on all welds.
- Pass a welding test to validate skill level.
- Experience with TIG welding thin stainless steel.
- Ability to produce food-grade finish welds.
- Strong attention to quality and detail.
- Ability to pass a welding test.
- Competitive pay based on experience and skill level.
- Experienced welders currently earn $25 - $28 per hour.
