    • Build capability through skills development, cross‑training, and adherence to sanitation procedures.
    • Drive engagement and accountability across the sanitation team.
  • Vendor & Chemical Management
    • Manage relationships with sanitation chemical vendors to ensure supply continuity and optimization.
    • Oversee chemical inventory, usage, and deliveries to support operational needs.
    • Ensure chemicals are used, stored, and handled in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Performance & Continuous Improvement

    • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements (internal and external).
    • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for sanitation‑related deviations or incidents.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of sanitation experience within a food manufacturing or regulated production environment, with direct involvement in cleaning and food safety programs.
