About the Role
The DC Processing Specialist is responsible for processing documents for client Defined Contribution plans in TBA. They ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and adhere to standard operating procedures to deliver high‑quality and timely results.
Responsibilities- Comprehend and develop a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures associated with core functions (basic data entry processing).
- Process documents that are rules based with some problem solving.
- Perform repeatable processing functions while upholding quality standards.
- Conduct research on errors and determine preventative measures.
- Research complex participant benefit issues and provide resolution in accordance with due dates and document processes.
- Perform non‑standard processing functions with exceeding quality standards.
- Work directly with third‑party vendors.
- Defined Contribution and Life Benefits Specialist experience.
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with stakeholders.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS applications Excel and Word.
- Ability to apply knowledge to make decisions effectively.
- Experience with IBM Content Navigator (Imaging Tool).
- Applicants must reside in one of the 50 States.
- US Citizenship required; proof of citizenship must be provided at hire.
Pay Range Minimum: 41,760.00 USD
Pay Range Maximum: 49,760.00 USD
