This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you’ll do- Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment used in adhesive manufacturing.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch sheets, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Perform material handling activities including raw material charging, drum handling, and inventory movements.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety documentation.
- Support housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or manufacturing training preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or chemical plant experience preferred.
- Ability to safely work with chemicals, equipment, and industrial machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and formulas.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, and follow all safety and PPE requirements.
