- 2nd shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm / 3:00 pm – 3:00 am / 11:00 am – 11:00 pm
- 3rd shift: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am / 11:00 pm – 11:00 am / 7:00 pm – 7:00 am

The Job You Will PerformWe are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast‑paced production environment. The position is responsible for safely providing maintenance support to our fast‑paced plant, requiring both mechanical and electrical skills to achieve machine uptime metrics. Work positively with teams to troubleshoot and solve problems and be engaged in preventative maintenance processes in assigned areas.
SpecificResponsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:
- Follow all safety rules and practices.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components; and observe operations, vibrations, and noise levels.
- Perform emergency / breakdown maintenance as necessary to support plant operations.
- Accurately use measurement and test equipment.
- Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations as needed.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, and clean up work areas as part of completing assigned tasks.
- Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Exhibit excellent teamwork, cooperation and problem‑solving skills.
- Be willing to fully cross‑train in other technical areas to enhance capabilities.
- Work with computer systems for maintenance processes, stores and work orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Troubleshooting expertise.
- Electrical knowledge.
- High school diploma (preferred).
- Two years of work experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment with at least one year with the same employer.
- Manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry is highly qualified.
