Swiss Lathe Operator

We are looking for a Swiss Lathe Operator who takes pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, and continuous improvement. We are accepting applications to fill our night shift positions.
What You'll Do:
- Set up & operate Swiss lathes to produce high-quality parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints & engineering drawings.
- Check finished parts to tight tolerances (up to 4 decimal places).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Train team members as needed and contribute to continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
- Knowledge of algebra, trigonometry, and GD&T preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or able to comply with U.S. export regulations.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
Experience and
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of experience operating Swiss Lathe or CNC Lathe.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, or bend for up to 10 hours per day.
- Lift up to 35 lbs. independently and with control.
- Reach overhead, use hands for extended periods, and maintain dexterity.
- Ability to stoop or kneel for extended durations.
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work Environment:
- Regular movement through manufacturing areas near industrial machinery and moderate noise levels.
- This is an on-site role; remote work is not available.
