Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly, Shipping, and Receiving (ASR) Associate to support warehouse and production operations. This individual will be responsible for assembling products, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
On site 5 days per week in Oak Brook, IL - 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities- Perform light to moderate product assembly using hand and power tools
- Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints to complete assembly tasks
- Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips
- Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Maintain inventory organization and assist with cycle counts or stock replenishment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to meet daily production goals
- 1 to 3 years of experience in assembly, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
- Experience using hand tools and basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking or shipping systems
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Experience with inventory systems (RF scanners, WMS, etc.)
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
