Leapfrog Brands is seeking a Packaging Production Designer to own end-to-end dieline creation and packaging optimization across our product lines (Ello, ZULU, Pogo). The role partners with Operations and Manufacturing to drive cost, performance, and product‑protection improvements.
You’ll build reusable templates, manage color across substrates, and lead material and process improvements while coordinating with design, engineering, sales and operations in a hybrid Chicago setting.
