Pay: $29.15 - $35.35/hour + Overtime + Outstanding Benefits

• 5-day work week with 2 consecutive days off
• Days off are assigned based on seniority
• Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Opportunities to work 55 hours per week

• $29.15 - $35.35/hour, based on experience and mechanic classification
• Annual wage increase of $1.00/hour

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Repair and replace bearings, motors, gearboxes, chains, belts, and related components
• Maintain conveyors and other manufacturing equipment
• Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
• Work closely with operations teams to keep production running efficiently
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience working with industrial machinery and production equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Dependable work ethic and commitment to safety
• Willingness to work overtime when needed

You'll work on the manufacturing floor alongside maintenance technicians, machine operators, and production employees. The facility operates under GMP standards and maintains a clean, organized environment, but production can be fast-paced and busy. Teamwork, communication, and a strong maintenance mindset are key to success in this role.
