Machine Operator - Flux Formulator

Operate production equipment in accordance with standard work instructions

Load and unload materials, components, and finished products

Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks

Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications

Complete production records and documentation accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles

Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities

Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices

Support the achievement of daily production, quality, and efficiency goals

• Someone who follows instructions carefully and works safely
• Detail-oriented with a focus on producing quality products
• Willing to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and performing hands-on work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures
• Reliability, dependability, and attendance consistency
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to learn and follow standard operating procedures
• Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to support process enhancements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures
