Chicago Meat Authority, located in Chicago, IL, is seeking Sanitarians for our meat processing facility to maintain clean conditions and equipment in alignment with SOP, GMP and HACCP standards. You will work a night shift from 10:30pm to 7:00am, perform overtime as needed, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow all safety regulations.
