Packing Operator 2nd Shift

Position Summary

As a Packaging Operator I, you’ll join a hands‑on, team‑oriented environment where you help turn batches of flavors into finished products. Working side‑by‑side with Batch Compounders, you’ll package items safely and accurately while keeping production moving smoothly.

• Pack production batches and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Record production and other data accurately on specified forms and documents.
• Follow sanitary guidelines for CIP and cleaning.
• Transfer materials, set up equipment, supplies, and packaging materials efficiently.
• Learn and understand food safety concepts and their importance.
• Promptly observe and clearly communicate food or other product quality matters to Shift Leads or Management.
• Consistently perform assigned duties in a safe manner and in accordance with the company’s safety policies.
• Complete assigned duties without errors or defects.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Consume required materials using RF scanner and accurately report batch quantities.
• Attention to detail and basic mathematics.
• Follow safety requirements, forklift policy, and wear required PPE.
• Ability to manually lift 50 lbs. continuously when necessary.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to learn and consistently follow operational and cleaning procedures.

Starting Salary: $17.00/hr the actual compensation will depend on geography, skills, education, experience, and other factors. This role will remain open until filled.
