Novolex is seeking a Set up Technician for the E-Shift (6:00 AM–3:30 PM), Monday through Friday, to support thermoforming mold set-ups, installation/removal of molds, and minor repairs in a fast-paced plant environment.
The role requires reading blueprints, operating tool room equipment, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards. A HS diploma or GED with 2–3 years related experience is preferred; ability to lift and work at height is required.
