Assist Bakers and Lead Bakers with daily production lists and tasks;
Prepare designated bakery items per recipes and standards;
Cut and weigh dough, mold into loaves or shapes, and pan for baking;
Shape dough by hand or with equipment and scale recipes for production;
Maintain HACCP temperature logs and batch records as required
