This position is located in the greater Indianapolis area, relocation assistance is available
We are looking for a Production Operations Leader to lead daily operations in a high-volume food manufacturing facility to facilitate safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient plant operations
.
Specifically, this position wil
- l:
Lead production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goal - s.Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce wast
- e.Ensure compliance with HACCP, SQF, GMP, FSMA, and FDA food safety standard
- s.Partner with warehouse leadership to optimize inventory accuracy, material flow, and product traceabilit
- y.Develop and lead production teams while driving accountability and operational excellenc
- e.Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve plant performanc
- ree5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in food manufacturi
- ng.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, SQF, GMP, FSM - A).Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and KPI manageme
- nt.
Working knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operatio - ns.
