Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking a Production Operations Leader to oversee daily operations in a high-volume food manufacturing facility. The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement to ensure efficient plant performance.
You will lead production teams, drive Lean initiatives, ensure HACCP, SQF, GMP, FSMA, and FDA compliance, partner with warehouse teams on inventory flow and traceability, and monitor KPIs to implement timely corrective actions.
