As a Production Scheduler, you'll develop and maintain production schedules using ERP and other systems to meet customer demand efficiently while minimizing downtime. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to adjust plans based on forecasts, customer orders, inventory, and work-in-progress, ensuring smooth operations even as business needs change. Your efforts will help support process enhancements and lean manufacturing activities, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining detailed production schedules utilizing ERP systems to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Monitoring forecasts, customer orders, inventory levels, and work-in-progress to prioritize production activities.
- Collaborating with production, planning, quality, and other departments to resolve material shortages and supply chain challenges.
- Adjusting production plans proactively to accommodate business changes and maintain operational efficiency.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and contributing to lean manufacturing efforts.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 3-5 years of recent SAP experience, specifically in production scheduling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment managing production schedules.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Bolingbrook, IL, working Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
