We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Industrial Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be a key player in optimizing our manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of productivity. As a Permanent Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to production processes and methodologies. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify areas where efficiency can be improved through the application of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.
• Perform process simulations and risk assessments.
• Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of new production plants, including monitoring developments and troubleshooting.
• Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
• Perform process and product audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement production process changes and improvements.
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
• Train and guide staff on new processes and modifications to existing processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the manufacturing industry, focusing on process improvement and Lean Manufacturing.
• Proven experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in process simulation, risk assessments, and quality control.
• Demonstrable ability to design and optimize production processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office and CAD software.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the manufacturing industry.
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification is preferred but not required.
