Position Overview:
Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards for each assignment. Contribute to a safe, clean work environment and perform all tasks as required in the assigned department.
- Produce specified product to required specifications using proper methods.
- Operate equipment safely and utilize methods to ensure safe operation.
- Inspect work to ensure that the machine is operating correctly, and that each product is made according to specifications.
- Adhere to company quality standards and procedures.
- Contact supervisor as needed.
- Strive for perfect attendance. Ensure attendance points do not exceed those allowed in the attendance policy.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with leaders and peers.
- Maintain a positive outlook and a high level of enthusiasm.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Training will be provided on the job for qualifying candidates.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- 1 year of Industrial sewing machine experience, preferred.

Must be able to sit for duration of day and walk frequently.
Working ConditionsTemperature-regulated plant environment and consistent background machine noise.
