Eataly is seeking a Bread Baker for its Chicago bakery, reporting to the Bakery Manager. You will produce bread and focaccia for our restaurants and retail operations, following authentic Italian recipes and proper proofing techniques while keeping a clean, sanitary production area.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year in a bread production role, basic math and measuring skills, and strong work ethic with good communication and time management.
