The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) seeks an Associate Principal in Performance Testing in Chicago. The role designs and executes performance and failover strategies for mission-critical clearing and settlement systems, ensuring RTO/RPO targets are met across multi-region deployments.
You will lead test planning, automate performance tests, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, and mentor QE engineers while collaborating with Dev Ops and infrastructure teams to validate data integrity and SLAs.
