You will lead Production Supervisors and engineers, coach staff, implement Lean/Six Sigma methods, monitor KPIs, coordinate resources, and partner with Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Engineering to ensure on-time readiness and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing
