Vylor, Inc. in Illinois is seeking a Production Technician to support harvest, conditioning, and packaging across seasons. You will monitor highly automated equipment, assist with receiving and product returns, and help manage field logistics to ensure smooth production.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work rotating shifts (nights/weekends). A two-year technical/associate degree is preferred;
Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus;
