Broad Bean is seeking a Caster/Foundry Worker (1st Shift) in Illinois to join our manufacturing team. The role involves preparing and preheating molds, installing and packing mold components, and monitoring furnaces to ensure metal is melted to specifications.
You will melt and alloy metals, pour aluminum into molds with precision, and perform quality checks on castings while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. A sign-on bonus of $1,000 is available for qualified candidates.
