Starbucks Reserve Kitchen is seeking a baker lead to supervise bakery staff and oversee daily production of breads, pastries, and desserts in our Reserve & Roastery locations. You will manage production planning, scheduling, inventory, and ensure quality and sanitation standards while supporting a culinary team.
You will work closely with the Production Manager, assist with hiring and onboarding, and help maintain HACCP logs and production records to deliver consistent, high‑quality baked goods.
