Aegis is partnering with a long standing manufacturer to identify Production Manager for their plant in the western suburbs!

- Provide hands-on leadership on the production floor, maintaining a strong and consistent presence throughout the manufacturing operation.
- Work closely with Production Supervisors, providing direction, coaching and support to improve their effectiveness as front-line leaders.
- Develop supervisors so they can independently manage their departments, employees and day-to-day production issues rather than relying on senior management to solve problems for them.
- Manage day-to-day production activities to ensure production schedules and customer requirements are achieved.
- 10-15+ years of experience within manufacturing
- Strong leadership experience of supervising 50+ employees
- Hands-on manufacturing leader - comfortable spending significant time on the production floor and actively involved in day-to-day operation
- Associates or bachelors degree would be a plus
