Packaging Engineer

Responsible for supporting production planning activities to ensure efficient material flow and on-time delivery. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to balance supply and demand, monitor inventory levels, and contribute to the execution of production plans aligned with business objectives. Ideal for entry-level talent with strong analytical skills and interest in manufacturing operations.

• Support the development and execution of production plans based on demand forecasts and customer requirements
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages or delays
• Track production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or risks
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems related to planning and inventory
• Collaborate with manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation
• Generate reports and KPIs related to production performance, inventory, and service levels
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (recent graduates or entry level candidates welcome)
• Basic understanding of supply chain, production planning, or manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is a plus
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Experience through internships, residencies, or programs like University Challenge is a strong plus
