Carbery Group’s Synergy Flavors operation in Chicago is hiring a Compo under for our production facility. You will follow batch instructions, measure ingredients, operate spray drying and blending equipment, and ensure product quality and food safety compliance.
Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, taking samples for lab tests, completing batch sheets, and maintaining sanitary standards. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and willingness to work a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm-10:30pm)
