Oversee the ongoing maintenance, repair, and improvement of the facility, machinery, and production equipment.
Assess equipment requirements, source and evaluate vendors, and recommend new equipment to meet operational needs.
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs, while ensuring appropriate levels of critical spare parts are available.
Design, fabricate, and maintain robotic end-of-arm tooling and other production tooling as needed.
Partner closely with production and engineering teams to develop automation, testing systems, and process improvements.
Manage maintenance-related budgets and resources while supporting cross-functional quality and production initiatives.
Qualifications5–10 years of progressive experience in maintenance management or a comparable manufacturing leadership role.
Strong ability to interpret technical documentation, procedures, tooling specifications, and engineering/part drawings.
Hands-on mechanical and technical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively.
Working knowledge of injection molding machinery and associated auxiliary/support equipment.
Familiarity with tool-room and machining equipment, including CNC machines, EDMs, lathes, and grinders.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prepare documentation, communicate with internal teams and outside vendors, and apply basic mathematical concepts in a manufacturing environment.
