Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a motivated and collaborative Compounding Team Lead to help drive operational excellence, ensure product quality, and support a high-performing production team in our Chicago facility.

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of the Compounding Department.
• Support production schedules by ensuring products are compounded accurately, safely, and efficiently.
• Assign work, monitor workflows, and provide guidance to team members throughout each shift.
• Verify raw materials, lot numbers, and quantities before production.
• Ensure batch records and production documentation are accurate and complete.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, FDA, and company quality standards.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and other departments to achieve operational goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate as a member of the internal Haz Mat Team.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in chemical compounding, blending, manufacturing, or a related production environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing production needs.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials according to company guidelines.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards.

• Associate degree or technical certification.
• Previous experience leading teams, training employees, or coordinating production operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, or production reporting.
