Integrity Trade Services is seeking Production Laborers for their Phoenix, Illinois location. These individuals will support manufacturing operations by performing a variety of general labor tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidates are safety-conscious, reliable, and eager to join a company that values career development and employee well-being.

• HS Diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of similar work experience preferred
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs for up to 10 feet
• Comfort with exposure to heights, weather, fumes, dust, high noise, and vibrations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work overtime as required (potentially up to 50 hours per week)

• Experience with industrial safety procedures
• Skills in general labor and manufacturing support
• Material handling and debris removal experience
• Equipment inspection and basic carpentry skills
• Proficiency with tools such as hammers, crowbars, and box cutters
