AUD Consultant (Part Time 20 Hours a Week)

Location:

100% remote – Occasionally to Vancouver, BC

Duration: 2-3 Months

Job Description

Must have:

• Strong experience in electric utility distribution design
• Understanding of end-to-end customer design lifecycle (intake, staking, design, estimation / calculation, approvals etc.)
• Experience working with design/work management systems
• Ability to act as a design authority, perform gap assessment, and guide both delivery and client stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Exposure to SAP integration (EAM / IS-U / S/4 Utilities) is a strong advantage

Job responsibilities:

• Validate whether the current design solution is functionally complete and aligned to utility best practices
• Assess the coverage, completeness and quality of configurations delivered by the AUD team
• Establish clear visibility into what has been delivered vs. what remains outstanding
• Provide the client with confidence and clarity needed to support an upcoming schedule realignment

Brief scope of project:

• Work involves
• Participate in OTS - Over the shoulder session to review design, configurations
• Identify functional and integration gaps, if any
• Confirm that there is a clear path to completion and support schedule re-baselining with confidence
