Manager, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Pro Ampac, a global leader in flexible packaging, is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Manager to lead daily operations in our production facility. In this role, you'll oversee shift performance, staffing, and workflow to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of high-quality packaging products. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize equipment utilization, and coach team members to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Collaborating closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain, you will champion a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and sustainability while supporting employee development and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow across production lines
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement using lean tools
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain on process and product improvements
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage production team members
• Optimize equipment utilization and material usage to reduce waste
