WhatYou will Get:
The Welding Robot Operator is responsible for safely loading and unloading parts from automated welding fixtures, operating robotic welding equipment, and performing quality inspections to ensure products meet established specifications and standards. This role monitors production processes, identifies defects, verifies weld quality, and maintains efficient workflow while adhering to safety and quality requirements.

- Load and unload work pieces into robotic welding fixtures and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Start, operate, monitor, and make basic adjustments to robotic welding machines and production lines to maintain production requirements.
- Follow written work instructions, quality standards, and production specifications to ensure product conformance.
- Perform visual inspections of completed weldments and finished parts to identify defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
- Test completed work pieces as required to verify weld integrity and compliance with quality requirements.
- Remove defective parts from production and report quality concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.
- Ensure proper positioning and securing of parts in welding fixtures prior to initiating automated welding cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all other responsibilities as may be assigned by management.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Prolonged standing for long periods of time.
- Must be able to frequently lift or move objects weighing 50lbs.
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to use a computer to access blueprints and CAD Drawings
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, production documents, and part numbers.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with others.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
No supervisory responsibility for this position.
