$39.90 to $46.20 per hour

We are seeking skilled Tool and Die Technicians with at least five years of current expertise for a three to six-month contract assignment located in Connecticut, offering weekly earnings of up to $2600.

• Hourly rate of $42.
• Guaranteed 50 hours per week with overtime pay for any hours exceeding 40.
• Daily tax-free stipend of $45 provided for every day of the week.
• Lodging in private hotels is fully arranged and managed by us.
• Professional references are mandatory.
• Compliance with ITAR documentation is necessary.
• Successful completion of drug screening and background verification is required.
• Travel time is compensated.

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on progressive stamping tooling to ensure optimal functionality.
• Assist in the setup and operational support of production stamping presses between 60 and 330 tons.
• Analyze progressive strips to identify and resolve production or tooling complications.
• Verify that manufactured components meet all quality standards throughout the production process.
• Facilitate efficient die installations, tool changeovers, and the initiation of production runs.
• Safely utilize overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material handling machinery to support warehouse operations.

• At least 5 years of professional experience specifically in tool and die repair or progressive stamping.
• Proven ability to diagnose, fix, and maintain progressive die systems.
• Hands-on experience configuring production stamping presses ranging from 60T to 330T.
• Deep background knowledge in progressive stamping processes.
• Technical proficiency with Wintriss control systems.
• Understanding of production quality benchmarks and ISO standards.
• Background in precision manufacturing sectors like aerospace or medical device production is a plus.

• Expertise in the repair of molds, tools, and dies.
• Practical knowledge of mold, tool, and die configuration.
