Marketing Manager, Branding Specialist / Ambassador
We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Integrated Marketing Director to lead consumer‑facing campaign activation across the North American portfolio. This is a high‑impact role responsible for translating brand strategy into integrated, full‑funnel marketing programs that drive household penetration, category growth, and brand performance.
The role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and oversees two direct reports. This leader will own agency relationships, manage multi‑channel activations, and ensure seamless integration across digital, shopper marketing, retail, social, PR, and media.
This position requires a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns, optimize performance, and innovate in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Activation & Trade Integration
- Transform brand strategies and campaign briefs into comprehensive activation plans
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across all consumer touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing to ensure all activations are on‑brand and aligned with business objectives
- Optimize product detail pages and digital assets to maximize online shopper engagement
- Integrate trade and shopper levers into retailer strategies with ROI‑focused execution
- Develop customer‑specific programs in partnership with Brand and Sales teams
- Manage end‑to‑end relationships with media agencies and other external partners
- Evaluate performance, optimize partnerships, and identify opportunities to bring in new expertise
- Ensure agencies and vendors meet KPIs, SLAs, and performance expectations
- Leverage POS, syndicated data, retailer dashboards, and advanced analytics to drive performance
- Define and track leading and lagging KPIs for shopper and retail media investments
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for leadership and cross‑functional teams
- Directly manage two team members and oversee additional initiatives including SEO, CRM, website, and DTC
- Build a roadmap for future team expansion
- Foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that encourages learning and growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 10+ years of integrated marketing, media planning, or brand management experience in food, beverage, or CPG
- Experience in campaign activation, paid social, media buying, or shopper marketing
- Proven ability to manage direct reports
- Experience building challenger or fast‑growth brands
- Hands‑on expertise bridging brand strategy with digital execution (SEO, CRM, e‑commerce)
- Knowledge of shopper marketing, in‑store activation, and path‑to‑purchase strategies
- Comfortable interpreting performance data and pivoting strategies as needed
- Collaborative leadership style with a visionary, growth‑oriented mindset
